REFUND POLICY

At DiceSpire Society, we aim to provide unforgettable gaming experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow: 1. Event & Session Bookings Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies (at our discretion). For multi-day or special ticketed events, a 48-hour notice is required for a full refund. 2. Membership Plans Monthly and annual memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, if unused. If any member perks have been redeemed (such as discounts or exclusive events), refunds may be partially prorated or denied. Recurring memberships can be canceled anytime to avoid future charges, but past payments are non-refundable. 3. Merchandise Unopened and undamaged merchandise (dice sets, accessories, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Digital items (downloads, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.
